UKDCM (U.K. Design Create Manufacture) Department offers expert off shore Garment / Accessory manufacturing services.  We design, create and manufacture for various clients who specialise in fashion-wear, club wear, work or corporate wear, sportswear, school wear and children’s wear. Each manufacturing production plant specialises in a vast range of materials man-made & natural materials. These materials are skilfully planned and put together to create various garments for almost all industries. Our manufacturing services are carried out in various factories in and around Europe and the Far East, but with all designs being UK based in London. We specialise in the following type of materials; Cotton and Cotton Blends (i.e. Cotton and Polyester mixed, Cotton Lycra, Cotton Elastine, Cotton Spandex) Fleece (i.e. 100% Cotton; 80%/20% Cotton, Polyester; 65%/35% Cotton, Polyester; 50%/50% Cotton, Polyester; 100% Polyester; Polar Fleece). Denim (4oz to 16oz; Various Treatments such as Enzyme wash; Bleach wash; Chemical wash etc) Leather (2oz to 16oz. Cowhide, Buckskin, Sheepskin etc. which come in Vegetable tan, Chrome tan, Oil tan).
All materials come in different GSM thicknesses, weights, various constructions in the make up of the material, range of treatments, washes and stitches, various colours and patterns all dependent on client’s request.
